Minister Chaplain Merlene Kidd has been devoted to her Christian journey for over forty-five years, offering encouragement, motivation, and comfort to people of all ages. She serves as a minister, Sunday School teacher, and Assistant Superintendent at The First Born International Church in Guava Ridge. Actively involved in the Youth Fellowship, she mentors and guides young people, helping to shape their spiritual growth.

Over the years, she has held various leadership roles, including Missionary, Evangelist, Women's League President, and Treasurer. Married to Evangelist Rainford Kidd for twenty years, they share one son, Jair Kidd.
In addition to her ministry, Chaplain Kidd is a skilled dressmaker who enjoys designing beautiful garments. Known for her kind and compassionate heart, she is always willing to assist those in need, remaining a dedicated servant of God.
